Who is Total Beverage?

The Total Beverage Companies is the sister company to the Ambicon Companies of India who has designed and created over 75 Microbreweries overseas in the last fifteen years. Total Beverage was created to bring the quality and superior brewery solutions that Ambicon has brought overseas to the United States with end-to-end, turnkey customized and tailored answers, and results.

Sandeep Bhatnagar is the face of the Ambicons Private Limited companies in India and is now here in the United States as the Managing Partner for The Total Beverage Companies. He brings over a decade and a half of experience, knowledge, skill, and understanding in opening and creating microbreweries and brewpubs internationally and recognizes what it takes to run a successful brewery. Sandeep and his professional team of Master brewers excel in the execution of installing and training on Zymology (also known as zymurgy (from the Greek: ζύμωσις+ἔργον, “the workings of fermentation”, which is an applied science which studies the biochemical process of fermentation and its practical uses) and how proper fermentation will produce the most amazing tasting beer for our new clients and beer aficionados here in the USA. Sandeep was a featured speaker at the Brewers Association Craft Brewers & Brew Expo America Conference held April 10-13, 2017, in Washington DC.

Our newest property is the South Daytona Brewery Project, which is exclusively managed by Total Beverage. We also team up with partners, investors, joint venture and private equity groups in microbrewery, brewpub, and brewery manufacturing distribution centers and also create microbreweries and brewpubs for third party clients wishing to own their own brewpubs nationally. This gives The Total Beverage Companies an advantage over most breweries as we understand all aspects and facets of the brewery industry from manufacturing to retail and from customer service to distribution. The Total Beverage Companies are a unique, exclusive end-to-end, customizable, and made-to-order menu of options, choices, selections, networks, possibilities, and opportunities that most brewery or beverage companies do not offer. We understand that most third-party purchasers looking to buy a business want to not only offer a desirable product, but also wish to offer services, facilities, amenities, and entertainment that will keep their customers and clientele engaged and involved for a longer period of time, which translates into a more enjoyable customer experience and of course a larger profit.

What we do that’s different

The Total Beverage Companies have been approached to start creating an affordable Brewpub model for those wishing to open their own brewery. The considerations for such a project were those with food and beverage backgrounds wishing to step into the brewery space and to make it affordable and to be able to provide 100% total support from equipment, ingredients, personnel, training, and every aspect of a brewery project. The cost is more affordable than many of the existing food franchises throughout the USA and depending on the menu of potential options the purchaser might desire. Larger brewery equipment, building and/or land ownership versus leasing and larger locations might increase the buildout pricing.
