3rd party Brewpubs

WE BUILD BREWPUBS FOR 3RD PARTIES – 3rd party purchase packages are available under the Menu page

Microbrewery Equipment, Installation And Training

Our pricing is all-inclusive and never includes any additional costs. All three equipment packages include installation and training and are specific for a 5 BBL single batch brewpub brewing system. We also offer the option of a live video stream on the installation crew during installation only to ensure that the job is being recorded, televised, supervised, and done properly by partners or 3rd party purchasers. We can also give the purchaser access to the video feed when they are away from the business to monitor the installation on their phone, tablet, or computer.

Value Of The Equipment On The Purchase

When you invest or become a partner in a brewery, the brewing equipment is worth a substantial amount of money and for those looking to buy a business with tangible assets, the equipment retains its value, creates income, and produces pleasure and mitigates and reduces your financial exposure. The manufacturer of the brewery equipment meets UL standards and certification. UL Listing means that UL has tested representative samples of a product and determined that it meets UL’s requirements. These requirements are often based on UL’s published and nationally recognized Standards for Safety.

What Are The Requirements And Timelines ?

After deciding to become a partner or invest in a brewery project, you will be given a shareholder’s operational agreement, which stipulates everyone’s responsibilities in the agreement and spells out exact dates, amounts, and responsibilities, and liabilities for all parties. For those looking just to buy the brewery equipment you will be given a purchase and sales agreement to review and sign, you will be asked to provide a deposit equal to 1/2 of the purchase amount reflected on the sales agreement. Just prior to the equipment shipping, you will be required to pay the remaining 1/2 of the balance of the purchase agreement. Depending on the manufacturer, the timelines are approximately 180 days (+/-). Special and customized equipment orders from some manufacturers might take longer. Any representation of projections, forecasts, estimates, or predictions for presentations and proposal purposes are based on historical data from the existing successful, verified, and proven business models created by our managing partners and directors over the last decade.

What is the Total Beverage Buying Experience?

Total Beverage tailors the solutions it offers and sells and makes certain the experience is fast, efficient, simplified, and executed in a professional and timely manner. The company’s purpose is to offer and provide microbrewery and brewery solutions created and customized for company owned and third-party clients looking to purchase their own property or, in many cases existing food and beverage customers looking to enlarge their beverage industry footprint and volume. We are currently actively seeking savvy and knowledgeable businesspersons or certified, accredited, sophisticated purchasers to buy a brewery package from Total Beverage as a third-party business or join Total Beverage as an equity partner in one of our brewery projects.

For the third-party purchaser for their own property, we offer several equipment packages and options to the potential purchaser. Depending on what package is purchased, we will determine what products and services will be provided to the purchaser. All our packages quoted on the Total Beverage website are for 5 BBL single batching brewery equipment systems and do NOT include any packaging options. One of the options is to order smaller or larger brewery systems, and of course, the pricing and packages will differ. Our basic equipment package is the “Bronze” package, which will offer the brewery equipment, installation, and training for $189,995.00 and can be operational, depending on the brewery site or property and where the equipment is manufactured within 180 days (+/-).

The two remaining equipment packages are part of our “Concierge Suite”. For our third-party purchasers who want a complete turnkey, end to end solution for the brewery that might include decorating themes, entertainment packages or necessary operational suppliers, dealers, contractors, and providers we offer two packages. To those third-party purchasers wanting to do the work themselves, we offer access to our network of solution professionals and professional companies by providing the references, contact information, data and/or numbers to the purchaser to arrange for whatever additional options, or solution from our meu that they want themselves. We call that the “Silver” package and the access to our one-stop shop network costs an additional $2,500.00 above the Bronze package, which includes the brewery equipment, installation and training, the total cost is $192,495.00.

We also offer the “Gold” package to those that want the work done for them, which includes “soup to nuts” planning, preparing, organizing, and oversight until each option or project is completed. We assign a private concierge known as the BrewMasters Business Butler™ for each gold package to consult and oversee that each option and project chosen by the purchaser is finished in a timely, professional, and skilled manner. One option or a dozen, the BrewMasters Business Butler™ will handle it all. The cost is an additional $7,500.00 above the silver package, so including the brewing equipment, the total cost is $199,995.00.

The BREWMASTERS BUSINESS BUTLERTM handles the “Tailoring and customization for the purchasers sophisticated and discriminating business palate”.

On the later pages, we offer The Menu of these concierge services for our potential third-party purchasers to choose from and customize the package that they want. This is what makes The Total Beverage Companies stand out from the rest of the industry. As previously mentioned, the quotes and prices discussed on this website are only for a 5 BBL brewery equipment, single batching brewery equipment system without a packaging option (canning, kegging, and bottling) and price and timeline can vary depending on where the equipment is manufactured. Total Beverage has relationships with most of the major players in the brewery equipment industry, most of which are listed with the Brewers Association. Many of which manufacture in the United States of America, Canada, Germany, Europe, and eastern Asia, and the manufacturer’s location will affect potential delivery and installation date(s).

* BBL stands for barrel(s). A barrel of beer is 31 gallons, and the standard size for a keg is a half barrel or 15.5 gallons. Most brewpubs brew in three (3), five (5) or seven (7) barrel batches, some with double batching fermentation and brite tanks. Their vessel configurations depend on the owner’s or brewer’s preference when purchasing, with an eye towards the future and growth.

What kind of clients do we attract?

Total Beverage attracts:

Craft beer industry market segments

There are five distinct craft beer industry market segments: microbreweries, brewpub, taproom brewery, regional breweries, and contract brewing companies. Craft brewers are small brewers. The hallmark of craft beer and craft brewers is innovation. Craft brewers interpret historic styles with unique twists and develop new styles that have no precedent. Craft beer is generally made with traditional ingredients like malted barley; interesting and sometimes non-traditional ingredients are often added for distinctiveness. Craft brewers tend to be very involved in their communities through philanthropy, product donations, volunteerism, and sponsorship of events. Craft brewers are distinctive, individualistic approaches to connecting with their customers. Craft brewers maintain the integrity by what they brew and their general independence, free from a substantial interest by a non-craft brewer.
